Tim Costello is currently the Chairman and Chief Executive of Builder Homesite Inc. (BHI) the homebuilding industry’s consortium which includes nearly 1,000 builders throughout the U.S., BHI was created to assist homebuilders with the digital transformation of the industry’s customer experience. Tim also serves as Chairman and Chief Executive for several subsidiary companies including BDX (Builders Digital Experience) and NHT (New Home Technology). Beyond BHI, Tim has served on a variety of boards for both startup enterprises and nonprofits.

Denise Ernst – Senior Analyst, Parks Associates

Taylor Marr – Senior Economist, Redfin

Taylor is a senior economist, data scientist and visualization whiz on the research team at Redfin. His work has focused on the market for new homes, migration patterns across the U.S. and consumer preferences for housing. Taylor went to graduate school for economics in Berlin, Germany where he focused on behavioral economics and the housing market crash.

Gordon served six years on CEDIA’s Board of Directors and three years as the co-dean of CEDIA’s Electronic Systems Design Track.
