When the 2018 TecHome Builder Summit kicks off in Phoenix, more than 250 of the most progressive high-volume, luxury and multifamily builders in the United States will be ready to take the next steps in developing their home tech strategy.
As more and more builders recognize the value of the TecHome Builder Summit, the event continues to grow in size and scope. This year’s event will bring more of these top builders together than ever before.
The 2018 event, which will be the largest in the Summit’s history, will run from Dec. 5-7 at the Phoenix Convention Center. It will feature 251 total guests across three segments. Those include 121 high-volume builders, 71 multifamily builders and 59 luxury builders. They come from 175 companies with a total 2018 revenue of $87.3 billion.
The impressive high-volume group comes from 74 unique companies with an aggregate total revenue of $74.9 billion in 2018. These guests represent a total of 161,655 homes built this year.
The multifamily builders represent 48 companies with an annual combined revenue of $11.8 billion and have built 89,707 homes.
The builders from the luxury audience come from 53 companies. They have built 640 homes this year with an aggregate revenue of $574.3 million.
They will be participating in a program to explore the opportunity, challenges and requirements for success with home technology. They accomplish this via interactive roundtables, inspiring general sessions and scheduled engagements with the industry’s leading tech vendors.
There will be 123 sponsoring companies at the Summit representing all areas of home technology, such as home automation, security, electronics/AV, lighting and electrical, kitchen/bath/laundry, smart HVAC & IAQ and more. Representatives from these companies will be meeting with these guests during general session presentations, small group boardrooms and one-on-one meetings.
