AE Ventures Announces Plans for TecHome Builder & Housing Transformation Summits

Events will co-locate as featured elements of Builder Innovator Week to create unparalleled value for builder and multifamily company innovators and their vendors, trade partners and solution providers.

Starting this November and moving forward through 2024 and beyond, the TecHome Builder Summit (THBS) and Housing Transformation Summit (HTS) will co-locate as featured elements of what AE Ventures is calling Builder Innovator Week (BIW). Special tours and learning experiences will also be part of the BIW mix. The combined features provide builders and multifamily companies the opportunity to make extraordinary progress on home technology, digital transformation and innovation generally at a single hosted event known for efficiency, effectiveness and the ability to inspire and inform progress and change. Sponsoring vendors and solution providers will have the opportunity to present to and meet with builder innovators that are leaning into what they offer and do.

 Specific dates and locations are:

  • THBS-HTS-BIW Fall 2023 | November 6-8, 2023, Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, AZ
  • THBS-HTS-BIW Spring 2024 | April 23-25, 2024, Music City Center, Nashville, TN
  • THBS-HTS-BIW Fall 2023 | November 5-7, 2024, Pasadena Convention Center, Pasadena, CA

“We’re seeing great response to the plan which takes overall guest attendance projection for the Fall events north of 200 and Spring well above 150,” said AE Ventures president, John Galante. “High volume builders ranging from 50-50,000+ starts per year have a particularly deep and broad opportunity to innovate by sending appropriate team members to any of the three HTS general session tracks (Digital Solutions, Finishes & Personalization or Structures & Systems) along the THB HiVOL track. That means 130+ volume builders at the Fall 23 event alone.”

“Builders are loving the variety of content and vendors available across the THBS and HTS spectrum,” said AE Ventures director of industry relations, Bob Fields. “The same companies that want to innovate with tech and other products in the homes want to leverage digital solutions and concepts like personalization and tapping lifetime value in their business operations, so it all goes together.”
