Thursday, April 21st 
Sponsors receive boardroom group rosters and one-on-one meeting guest list(s) for meeting preferences.

Monday, April 25th
Sponsors with boardroom presentations complete and return boardroom group forms, ranking top preferences for boardroom groups(s).

Wednesday, April 27th
Boardroom assignments are made and communicated to sponsors.

Friday, April 29th
All sponsor one-on-one meeting performance forms, ranking top guests for meetings are due.

Wednesday, May 4th
One-on-one meeting assignments are communicated to sponsors; guest profile information for all scheduled engagements are communicated.
